Cancellation, refund, and modification policies may vary depending on the package, destination, supplier, hotel, airline, or service provider involved.

Any applicable cancellation charges, amendment fees, refund timelines, or non-refundable amounts will be communicated based on the specific booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after we receive the refund from the relevant supplier or service provider. Processing times may vary.

World Adventure Holidays is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, suppliers, or other third parties.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveller details provided to us are accurate and complete, including names, travel dates, passport details, identification documents, contact details, and any special requirements.

You are also responsible for:

• Obtaining required visas, permits, or approvals.
• Following airline, hotel, destination, immigration, health, and safety rules.

World Adventure Holidays will not be responsible for loss, denial of boarding, denied entry, cancellation, penalties, or additional expenses caused by incomplete or incorrect traveller information.

8. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

We may provide general guidance regarding passports, visas, entry requirements, or travel documents. However, final responsibility for obtaining and verifying all required travel documents lies with the traveller.

Visa approval, immigration clearance, and entry into any country are at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department.

World Adventure Holidays is not liable if a traveller is denied a visa, boarding, transit, or entry into a destination.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travellers purchase suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, accidents, delays, personal liability, and other travel-related risks.

Unless expressly stated in writing, travel insurance is not included in our packages.
